About the class
The Flow to Restore class is a beautifully balanced practice to both uplift and relax you. A grounding and steadying class that will prepare you for a deep and restful sleep. Bringing a yin and yang practice that begins with 60 minutes of a steady nourishing Hatha flow, and leading to big rejuvenation through restorative yoga poses before finishing with a guided meditation.
This yoga class is well suited to both beginner and intermediate levels of students, and is an ideal way to let go of the stress of your week and bring yourself into balance.

About your instructor
Colleen Romano has been passionately practicing yoga since 2013 and became a Certified Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance in December of 2017.
Taking the time to thoughtfully prepare every yoga class with the same passion and zest as she does everything in life, Colleen is committed to helping you feel energized, accepted and at peace by the end of class. Yoga is one of the major loves of her life and she wants to share that love with anyone willing to listen.
Colleen has spent time exploring many styles of yoga, studios and teachers. She fell in love with the history and philosophy of yoga and the calm and mindful life it has brought to her, and that is what she hopes to bring to her students.
